TAMURA CORPORATION ELECTRONIC CHEMICALS started off as a development specialist of electrochemical materials taking the opportunity of developing “SOLDERITE” with solder flux for transformers at the Technology Division of TAMURA CORPORATION in 1956. Having developed a number of electrochemical materials since then, the company took the lead in the chemical material sector for electronic equipment in Japan.

In the recent electronic industries which show the tendencies for high function and miniaturization, the company holds the leadership with its unique technologies in the fields of surface mounting technology related to the bonding of infinitesimal parts, solder mask (resist ink) for printed circuit boards with narrow pitch and multi-layer substrate material for build-up boards.

These electrochemical materials on the top level of the industry are highly evaluated not only in the domestic market but also in the abroad, so that products have been speedily supplied from overseas production bases.

We will keep on challenging in future as well toward the goal of “Customer’s satisfaction” as regards the needs of industry for products for high density and for environmental requirements.
